Introducing Kawaniee Flowe
DrPH, MS, CRNP-BC

Dr. Flowe is a wife, mom, Advanced Practice Nurse, military veteran, and has been a resident of Harford County for over 2 Decades.  She has a proven track record of dedicated service in her community and her country.

For decades, Dr. Kay has poured her time and energy into serving young people and families. She has helped build and lead youth mentoring programs focused on academics, conflict resolution, and building self-esteem, and has been an invited speaker for under-supported youth with a number of anti-violence and gang prevention programs. Here in Harford County, she has volunteered with local ministries and youth programs as well as supported students through scholarships and hands-on community service. Her work with food-insecure families and underinsured and uninsured patients shows her deep commitment to caring for all residents in our community

Her decades of experience in healthcare, military service, and hands-on community leadership prepare her to be an effective, transparent voice for every student and family on the Harford County Board of Education representing District F.
